Open the Health app, tap your picture, then Privacy, then Apps, then Hiking Passport, and turn on the categories you want to share. The app asks for five: steps, walking and running distance, flights climbed, active energy, and workouts. If one is off, everything still works without it.

That is on purpose. The app spots an outing that matches a milestone and suggests it, but only you decide it counts. Tap the circle on the sign to cross it off.

Open the training questionnaire again and change what you told it. How many days a week, how long a session is, and anything you need it to work around all feed straight back into the plan. If it still looks wrong, email me with what you expected and what you got.

No. Your plan is built by rules, not by a model, so it is the same with Apple Intelligence off. What you lose is the shortcut that fills in a trail's stats for you, the generated name for your plan, and your buddy's note being in their own voice. On a device that does not support Apple Intelligence, you type the stats in and everything else runs normally.

If you used the Apple Intelligence lookup, treat the numbers as an estimate and check them against a trail guide. The app tells you how confident it is for exactly this reason. You can edit any hike and correct every number by hand.

No. There is no account and no cloud, so a passport lives on the iPhone that made it. A new iPhone starts empty. Your Pro subscription does restore, with Restore Purchases.

Open Hiking Passport on your iPhone once with the watch nearby. The watch shows a copy of what the phone sent it, then keeps working with the phone away.

That means the App Store has not returned the subscriptions to your device yet. Everything free is still yours in the meantime. If it lasts more than a day, email me.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Hiking Passport. You can also open Settings inside the app and manage it there.

Use Restore Purchases in the app, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email me and include that Apple Account email.

Refunds go through Apple rather than me. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. You can also start a refund request from Settings inside the app.

Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your iPhone, including your passport, your hikes, and your summit photos. Your Apple Health data belongs to Apple Health and stays there. If you also want the purchase record tied to your install deleted, email me and I will take care of it.
